Objectives of IESH:

 According to article 2 of its statute book, the institute works to achieve the following objectives:

• The establishment of educational institutions concerning the humanities.

• The public practice of theological education.

• The organization and providing of conferences and training in the humanities and theology for an audience of both sexes without discrimination.   

• The issuing of diplomas in the field of Religious Science.

• The preparation and publication of studies and research.

• The advancement of the knowledge of religion, culture and Islamic civilization using appropriate means.

• Coordination and cooperation with institutions having similar objectives.
